1. No Opened or Used Returns (Important)

Due to the nature of herbal, edible, and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products returned due to change of mind, taste preference, or personal dislike

This is standard hygiene and safety practice. If someone tells you otherwise, they’re lying.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, leaking, or physically broken
  • Wrong product delivered

3. Time Limit to Raise a Request

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted, no exceptions.

4. Evidence Required

To process a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • Order ID and registered contact details

Without proof, no refund. This protects us from fake claims.

5. Replacement or Refund Process

  • After verification, we may offer:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Refund, if replacement is not available
  • Decision to refund or replace rests solely with MD Botanicals.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders refused without valid reason

8. Cancellation Policy

a) Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

b) Order Cancellation by MD Botanicals

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory or compliance issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was received.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in order/account restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to submit all order, delivery, and communication proof to banks or payment gateways.
